Service 05 — Branding & Brand Identity

A brand people recognize, understand and trust.

We help you define what makes your business distinct and express it consistently: positioning and messaging, a visual identity system, and the guidelines and assets to apply it everywhere.

The problem

When a brand is unclear, customers fill in the blanks.

A logo alone isn't a brand. When positioning is vague and visuals are inconsistent, your business can look smaller, less established or interchangeable with competitors, even when the work itself is excellent.

A strong brand connects strategy and expression. It clarifies who you serve and why you're different, then makes that obvious in every touchpoint, from your website to a proposal or a social post.

  • A logo that doesn't reflect where the business is today
  • Colors, fonts and tone that change from one place to the next
  • Difficulty explaining what makes you different
  • Materials that look homemade next to competitors
  • No guidelines for your team or partners to follow

Frequently asked questions

Do I need brand strategy, or just a logo?
A logo is one part of a brand. If you're unsure how to describe what makes you different, a short strategy phase usually makes the design work faster and more effective. We'll recommend the right depth for your situation.
Can you refresh our existing brand instead of starting over?
Yes. If your brand has recognition worth keeping, a refresh can modernize and systematize it while preserving familiar elements.
What files will I receive?
You'll receive logo files in the formats needed for print and digital use, along with color values, font information, guidelines and any templates included in the scope.
Can you also build the website for the new brand?
Yes. Many clients combine branding with website design so the new identity launches consistently across their main touchpoint.
